Ok, so long night of calling and talking to Steve - my heart breaks for him and his situation and then stopping at Daves and his granddaughter cried when I left and it broke my heart.
SO here is the last of my calories

asparagus 1 cup 40 calories
salad 50 calories
1/2 cup 38 calories
Total for dinner 358 + today's total of 475 = 833 calories
Going to bed... long hard day and I am BEAT.
